Founder & Director
Ryan Stone
The story of Fort Achievers & Co. had been written from Ryan's earliest days. Ryan's upbringing was deeply intertwined with the life of a close family member who was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This early exposure allowed him to understand firsthand the unique challenges that individuals on the spectrum face. Moreover, it pained him to witness the burdens that their parents and caregivers carry, especially those who struggle to bear the exorbitant costs of behavioral therapies.
Through the years, Ryan recognised that something was fundamentally wrong about this. He was determined that something had to change, for not only children with special needs but for their parents as well. Today, Ryan strives for a single purpose: To make Autism and Behavioral Therapy accessible and available to every child who needs it. Together with the help of the Fort Achievers Therapists, he is committed to guiding them on a path that leads to the realisation of their greatest potential.

Teacher Michelle
Michelle graduated with Latin honors in psychology at the University of Buffalo in the state of New York.
With years of experience in the field, she strives to create a healthy learning environment for her students. Her bubbly personality enables her to connect well with her students to make sure they are always well-engaged while providing the best learning environment for them.

Teacher Sha
Shalini, or as the kids call her, Teacher Sha, graduated from James Cook University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychological Science.
She believes that in a fast-paced society like Singapore, it’s difficult to provide the adequate support that Children with ASD needs, and aspires to be the bridge to this gap.
“I love working with kids and I want to be able to help them thrive in today’s world.”

Teacher Julie
Teacher Julie graduated from the School of Linguistic Council with a Diploma in Learning DIsorders Management & Child Psychology. She has also attained her Specialist Diploma in Special Needs from the National Institute of Education.
As a Special Needs Educator for more than 15 years now, she has experienced and taught a diverse group of students with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD), Cerebral Palsy, and more.
With a strong passion to educate children with special needs, Julie strives to support both parents and children to overcome any obstacles they face in life.

Teacher Nattasha
Teacher Nattasha graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a second major in Communication & Media Studies.
Nattasha has faith that with proper attention and guidance, each child is capable of realising their full potential. She hopes to make learning more interesting and accessible for her students while focusing on their strengths and personal development.

Teacher Nurin
Nurin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Murdoch University. She has an immense passion for creating a better future for our upcoming generation.
Her idea of true happiness is being of service to others, which makes her feel rewarded, including working with children to assist them in reaching their highest potential.

Teacher Marjorie
Marjorie is a dedicated staff member at Fort Achievers, holding a bachelor's degree in General Education and a master's degree in Special Education. With five years of teaching experience , Marjorie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Her passion for education, coupled with her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, make her an invaluable asset to the team. Marjorie is committed to supporting the mission of Fort Achievers and contributing to its success.

Teacher Chithra
Chithra graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, an Advanced Diploma in Special Education (Singapore) and a Certification in Autism from Griffith University. Being a Special Needs Instructor for 5 + years, Chithra has experience in training social, adaptive and employability related skills for a diverse groups of children and adults with developmental disabilities including Autism, Down Syndrome, Global Developmental Delay(GDD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD)

Antonia
Antonia, a graduate in Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics, demonstrates unwavering commitment as our admin, and dedicates to supporting parents with children having special needs.
Her persistence stems from personal experience, as her own child is a part of the special needs community. Motivated by empathy and firsthand understanding, Antonia passionately strives to provide invaluable support and services, offering guidance and care to parents navigating similar journeys

Being a school that focuses on Applied Behaviour Analysis(ABA) Therapy, we transform the lives of Children with ASD by unlocking their potential through the effective use of our internationally-recognised syllabus.
In its mission to ensure that "Therapy For Every Child Who Needs It", Fort Achievers & Co. remains as Singapore's Most Accessible Autism Therapy Centre, with transparency and affordability in mind for children, and parents.
