Know their ‘Why’
Founder & Director
Ryan Stone
Ryan Stone is the Founder and Director of Fort Achievers & Co., an organisation dedicated to supporting children with special needs and improving access to quality behavioural therapy.
His journey began early in life, growing up with a loved one diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This experience gave him firsthand insight into the daily challenges faced by individuals on the spectrum, as well as the emotional and financial strain carried by their families. Over time, Ryan recognised that access to behavioural therapy was often limited not by need, but by affordability and availability.
Motivated to change this, he founded Fort Achievers with a clear mission: to make evidence-based, ethical behavioural therapy accessible to every child who needs it, without compromising quality or outcomes. Together with his team, Ryan remains committed to empowering children and supporting families in helping each child reach their full potential.
Beyond Fort Achievers, Ryan also serves as the Treasurer of the Association for Behaviour Analysis Singapore (ABAS), where he contributes to the development and sustainability of the behavioural analysis profession in Singapore.
Ryan drives the vision of Fort Achievers: a Singapore where every child has the opportunity to live a quality life, regardless of diagnosis or circumstance.
“Every child deserves a plan tailored to their unique strengths. My role is to help families discover what’s possible.”
